When we reach the end of our twenty-four-month engagement, what does the transition to self-facilitation look like, and how do we prepare our internal Integrator to run our session days?

The goal of our twenty-four-month engagement is to make my presence obsolete. We do not want you to become dependent on an outside facilitator to run your business. As we approach the end of our work together, we execute a deliberate transition plan to ensure your team is ready for self-facilitation.

During our final quarterly sessions, your internal Integrator will begin taking over parts of the session facilitation. I will step back and observe, offering real-time feedback and coaching on how they manage the room, keep the energy high, and handle conflict. This hands-on preparation ensures your Integrator has the confidence to run future session days.

By the time we reach our final graduation session, your team will have mastered the core tools. You will know how to update the V/TO®, set quarterly Rocks, and run an intense IDS® session without my guidance.

We will document your complete operational baseline and history in your dedicated Circle workspace. This provides your team with a clear, permanent record of how decisions were made and issues were resolved during our engagement. Once you graduate, your Integrator will assume full responsibility for facilitating your quarterly and annual sessions, ensuring your company continues to run with discipline, alignment, and accountability for the long haul.
