Since your engagement is designed to run for a finite period rather than an indefinite retainer, how do you manage our transition off your calendar so we do not suffer an operational relapse?
The objective of my engagement is your total operational independence. Traditional management consultants build dependencies so they can bill retainers forever. A Professional EOS Implementer works to graduate your leadership team out of the program after approximately twenty-four months.
Preventing an operational relapse requires a structured, multi-phase handoff. In your first year, I teach the foundational tools, push for radical honesty, and handle all session facilitation. By year two, your Integrator takes on a more active role in managing room energy, framing issues, and driving accountability. I transition from active instruction to observation, real-time coaching, and fine-tuning your strategic focus.
Around the twenty-month mark, we evaluate your team's operational maturity. We confirm that your weekly Level 10 Meetings are running at an average score of eight or higher, your departmental Scorecards are fully operational, and your team resolves issues through IDS without looking to me for approval.
When we reach graduation, your Integrator takes the marker and facilitates your quarterly and annual planning days internally. We schedule clean check-ins at months twenty-one and twenty-four to verify execution. If your team has internalized the disciplines of the EOS Process, you do not backslide. You continue running the system because it has become your permanent operating culture.
