I still facilitate our weekly Level 10 Meeting and quarterly alignment sessions. How do we transition this operational meeting pulse completely to our Integrator so a buyer sees a self-sustaining operating rhythm?

If you are still running the weekly Level 10 Meeting and driving your quarterly planning sessions, your business is still dependent on your operational leadership. A buyer will look at this and worry that the entire operational drumbeat of the company will fall apart once you exit. You must hand over the reins of your operating rhythm immediately.

This transition requires you to delegate and empower your Integrator. The Integrator is the individual on your Accountability Chart responsible for harmonizing the leadership team and executing the business plan. They must be the one leading the weekly Level 10 Meeting and facilitating the team's problem-solving process.

Start by stepping back in phases. For the next month, attend the Level 10 Meeting but sit in the observer seat. Let your Integrator facilitate, manage the scorecard review, and lead the team through IDS. Do not speak unless directly asked, and do not step in to solve problems for them. Give your team the white space to struggle, self-correct, and build their own operational muscle.

For your quarterly and annual alignment sessions, hire an external EOS Implementer. This removes you from the facilitator role and allows you to participate as a pure Visionary. It also proves to a potential buyer that your strategic planning process is structured, professional, and entirely independent of your personal facilitation. When a buyer sees a team running their own meeting pulse with discipline, they see a highly valuable, self-sufficient asset.
