After we finish Vision Building 2, there is a ninety-day gap before our first official quarterly session. How do we keep our team from losing focus on the newly defined V/TO while we transition into this first real operational execution cycle?
The ninety-day window between Vision Building 2 and your first quarterly session is a critical transition period where execution discipline is won or lost. To maintain momentum, your leadership team must immediately begin running their weekly Level 10 Meeting using the agenda we established during our foundational sessions. This weekly cadence is what keeps your newly minted V/TO active and top of mind rather than letting it sit in a drawer. During these weekly meetings, your team will report on the progress of their individual and company Rocks, review your weekly Scorecard metrics, and run the IDS process to clear operational hurdles. The Integrator must take ownership of this rhythm, ensuring the team stays disciplined and does not fall back into unstructured, unproductive discussions. Additionally, this ninety-day window is when you begin cascading the foundational tools to the rest of your organization. By focusing on your weekly metrics and keeping the lines of communication open, you build the execution muscle needed to walk into our first quarterly session with real data, clear progress, and a solid understanding of how to run the system.
