How do you structure the transition from the foundational rollout phase into the recurring quarterly cadence, and what shifts for our team after the first ninety days?
The initial rollout consists of three full-day sessions spaced roughly thirty days apart: Focus Day, Vision Building 1, and Vision Building 2. During this foundational sprint, we introduce the core tools, clarify the Accountability Chart, establish your weekly Scorecard, set your first round of Rocks, and build the Vision/Traction Organizer®.
Once Vision Building 2 concludes, the engagement shifts into the recurring quarterly rhythm. Your calendar locks into single-day Quarterly Offsites every ninety days and a comprehensive Two-Day Annual session every twelve months.
The dynamic inside the session room shifts radically once you enter this recurring rhythm. Foundational sessions require substantial teaching, conceptual alignment, and structural debate. Quarterly sessions, by contrast, are eighty percent execution and issue resolution.
We spend the first ninety minutes of a quarterly session reviewing business performance, grading completed Rocks, reviewing the V/TO®, and clearing any personal friction to keep the team healthy. The remaining six hours are dedicated almost exclusively to IDS® - identifying, discussing, and solving your biggest operational, personnel, and strategic roadblocks at the root.
Between sessions, your team runs the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ across all departments. You stop discussing what the operating system is and start using it to run every corner of the business with ruthless consistency.
