We do not want to be dependent on an external consultant forever. How do we transition from your facilitation to running our own quarterly and annual sessions, and how do you prepare us for that exit ramp?

Our ultimate goal is for your company to become fully self-sufficient. We are not interested in creating a permanent dependency on external facilitation. A typical engagement lasts about two years, which gives your team enough time to master the tools, build deep trust, and establish an unshakeable operational rhythm. During our first year, I lead the process, modeling the direct, unsentimental style required to run a highly productive session. In our second year, we begin the transition. I will start stepping back during key parts of the day, allowing your Integrator to facilitate portion of the meetings while I observe and provide real-time coaching. We focus on building your team's ability to run the IDS® process without needing an outside referee to keep you on track. We will also help you master the discipline of keeping your meetings focused, objective, and free from personal politics. By the time you graduate, your leadership team will have the confidence and skill to run your own quarterly and annual sessions. You will transition from needing a facilitator to running your own highly mature operating system, ensuring long-term scalability and exit readiness.
