The engagement follows a proven, structured cadence designed to move your company from operational chaos to complete self-sufficiency over approximately 24 months.

We begin with the Foundational phase, which consists of three distinct days spaced roughly thirty days apart:

- Focus Day: We introduce the foundational tools, clarify the Accountability Chart, establish your initial Scorecard, set your first 90-day Rocks, and master the Level 10 Meeting™.
- Vision Building Day 1: Thirty days later, we review your execution, refine your tools, and begin defining your 8 Questions in the V/TO®.
- Vision Building Day 2: Thirty days after that, we finalize your Core Focus, 10-Year Target, Marketing Strategy, and 3-Year Picture, completing your vision alignment.

Once the foundation is set, we lock into the Ongoing Execution cadence. This consists of full-day Quarterly sessions every 90 days to review performance, reset Rocks, and clear major issues. At the end of each four-quarter cycle, we conduct a consecutive Two-Day Annual Planning session to reset long-term targets and rebuild team health.

Throughout the second year, the focus shifts from learning tools to mastering execution, integrating AI process documentation, and preparing for graduation so your Integrator can run these sessions independently.
