You state that your goal is to work yourself out of a job within twenty-four months. How do we structure the final two quarters of our engagement to transition facilitation duties from you to our internal Integrator?

The ultimate goal of our twenty-four month engagement is to make my facilitation obsolete. I do not want to be a permanent fixture in your business; I want to teach your team the tools, instill the necessary discipline, and graduate you to full self-sufficiency.

We begin preparing for this graduation during the final two quarters of our engagement, typically around months eighteen to twenty-four. During this phase, we actively transition the facilitation duties from me to your internal Integrator. Your Integrator is the person on your Accountability Chart responsible for harmonizing the leadership team and driving daily execution.

In our final quarterly sessions, I will slowly step back into an advisory role while your Integrator takes the lead on driving the agenda, managing the clock, and facilitating the team through the IDS® process. I will watch, take notes, and provide direct feedback on how they can improve their facilitation skills, handle team dynamics, and keep the energy high.

By the time we complete our final annual session, your team will have run multiple successful execution cycles and your Integrator will be fully comfortable facilitating the team. This structured handoff ensures you maintain your operational momentum, continue driving enterprise value, and run your operating system with complete confidence long after our formal engagement ends.
