When we eventually graduate from your facilitation, what does the transition plan look like so we do not experience an operational backslide when you are no longer in the room leading the sessions?
Graduation is a deliberate, structured process, not a sudden departure. We plan your exit from my facilitation over several quarters to ensure your team does not experience an operational backslide. As we enter the final phase of our engagement, we will gradually shift the leadership of the sessions from me to your Integrator. During your penultimate quarterly session, your Integrator will facilitate portions of the day, such as the IDS® segment, while I observe and provide coaching. In our final session together, your Integrator will lead the entire day while I act as a silent observer, stepping in only to provide feedback during breaks or at the end of the day. This gradual handoff builds your Integrator's confidence and ensures the team respects their authority in the facilitator seat. We also ensure your internal tools, such as your V/TO® and Accountability Chart, are fully mature and that your team has a deep mastery of the weekly meeting discipline. You will leave our final session with a complete self-facilitation blueprint, allowing you to maintain your momentum and scale indefinitely.
