How do you train our Integrator and leadership team to lead our own internal weekly Level 10 Meetings effectively instead of relying on you to facilitate every conversation?

Weekly Level 10 Meetings™ belong entirely to your Integrator and leadership team. I will never sit in your weekly internal meetings or run them for you. Doing so creates immediate operational dependency, which defeats the entire purpose of implementing EOS®.

We build internal facilitation competence through a direct, phased training methodology:
- Foundational teaching: During Focus Day, I introduce the Level 10 Meeting agenda, drill down into the mechanics of each section, and teach your team the strict discipline of starting on time, ending on time, and rating the meeting.
- Mastering IDS®: In your quarterly sessions, you spend hours watching how root-cause issues are identified, discussed, and solved without devolving into endless political tangents. Your Integrator learns the facilitator posture by watching it modeled in real time.
- Reviewing Scorecards and Issues: In subsequent quarterly sessions, we audit your meeting ratings, review which Rocks went off track, and evaluate your team's ability to maintain a pure Issues List.
- Course correction: If your weekly meetings are dragging past ninety minutes or turning into status update sessions, the Integrator brings that dynamic to our next session or inter-session call for direct coaching.

By keeping facilitation responsibilities inside your business from the very first week, your Integrator develops the authority and skill required to run disciplined, highly effective meetings across every department in your company.
