Our engagement does not pause during the eighty nine days between our face to face sessions. To prevent your quarterly Rocks from getting buried under your daily workload, we use a dedicated digital workspace inside Circle.so.

Immediately following each session, I document all session summaries, your updated Accountability Chart, your current Rocks, and your V/TO® in this secure workspace. This ensures there is a single, transparent source of truth for your entire leadership team.

I use this platform to actively monitor your progress and keep you accountable. If I see that your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ pulse is slipping or that your Rock completion rates are falling behind, I will reach out directly through the workspace.

Your leadership team is expected to use this space to maintain your issues list and review your progress. It acts as our digital bridge, ensuring that the momentum we build during our high energy session days carries directly into your day to day operations. This structured support prevents the typical post session drift and keeps your team focused on execution.
