After we complete a session day and set our quarterly goals, how do you track our progress during the ninety days in between, and what happens if we start falling behind on our commitments?

I do not act as an administrative supervisor or micromanage your daily activities between sessions. The accountability for executing your quarterly goals, or Rocks, belongs entirely to your leadership team. To support you, we use a structured, transparent process. All session outputs, including your V/TO®, Accountability Chart, and Rocks, are documented in your dedicated Circle.co workspace immediately following our session. This keeps the information accessible and organized. During the eighty-nine days between sessions, your primary tool for tracking progress is your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. In this meeting, you will review your Rock progress weekly, rating each commitment as either on track or off track. If a Rock is off track, it is immediately dropped to your Issues list, where the team uses the IDS® process to identify why it is slipping and find a solution. My role during these ninety days is to observe your progress from a high level and remain available for brief escalation support if your team hits a wall you cannot resolve. If you arrive at our next quarterly session with incomplete Rocks, we will candidly address the root causes, whether they are capacity issues, poor GWC™ alignment, or lack of discipline, and solve them together.
