To drive your transition to AI-powered operations, you should leverage the existing framework of the EOS® model: your Scorecard, your Rocks, and your Issues List.

First, assign a clear, high-leverage weekly metric on your Scorecard that tracks automation progress. This could be the number of manual tasks automated, or the percentage of team members trained on specific AI tools. This keeps the initiative top of mind every single week.

Second, make AI integration a Rock. If transitioning a specific department to an AI-driven workflow is a major priority for the next ninety days, write it as a clear, measurable Rock and assign it to a single owner on the leadership team. You will review its progress weekly during the Rock review.

Finally, use the Issues List. If your team is struggling to adopt new technology or if a manual process is bottlenecking your growth, drop it down to the short-term Issues List and IDS® it.
