A typical engagement with me runs for two to three years. This is the time required to fully embed the tools into your company culture and build a self sustaining leadership team. The journey is divided into clear operational phases. During the first twelve to eighteen months, our sole focus is on mastering the foundational EOS® tools. We establish your Accountability Chart, refine your weekly Level 10 Meeting™, and build a highly predictive Scorecard.

Once your leadership team is consistently hitting eighty percent of their Rocks and your operations are stable, we shift our focus. In the second phase, we integrate advanced AI powered operations and prepare for your exit. We look at how to automate repetitive tasks and optimize your processes to increase your valuation. This transition happens naturally because your team no longer struggles with basic execution. We use our quarterly sessions to identify which manual processes can be replaced by automated workflows.

By the end of the third year, your business should be running efficiently on its own operating system. Your leadership team will be fully aligned, your operations will be automated where appropriate, and your key person dependency will be eliminated. At this stage, you will be ready to run your quarterly sessions on your own, and your business will be in a prime position for a clean, high multiple exit.
