Start by running a transition phase where you attend the meeting but sit in the back of the room with your mouth shut, offering zero input and letting the Integrator handle the entire session. Once the Integrator is comfortable, you can step out of the room completely for a four-week trial. Before you do, establish clear guardrails. The team must continue to use the exact same Level 10 Meeting™ agenda, track the same Scorecard metrics, and rate the meeting honestly at the end of each session. Have the Integrator send you the completed to-do list and meeting ratings immediately after each pulse. If the meeting ratings remain high and the weekly to-dos are completed, you have successfully proven that your leadership team can maintain operational discipline without you.
