How do you support and monitor our team's accountability during the periods between our face-to-face sessions, and what role does our dedicated digital workspace play during these weeks?
The real work of running a business on EOS® happens during the weeks between our face-to-face sessions. To ensure momentum is maintained and your Rocks do not get buried under daily operational fires, we use a structured system of digital accountability and touchpoints.
Immediately following each quarterly or annual session, all of your session summaries, updated V/TO® documents, Accountability Chart adjustments, and Rock definitions are uploaded directly into our dedicated Circle.so workspace. This digital workspace serves as your team's single source of truth. It provides transparent visibility into who owns which priorities, eliminating any ambiguity about accountability.
During the weeks between our sessions, your leadership team runs weekly Level 10 Meetings™ independently. My role during this time is to monitor your progress through our digital workspace. I look at your weekly execution metrics and Rock completion progress to ensure you are staying on track.
While I do not micromanage your daily operations or participate in your weekly meetings, I am accessible through the workspace to answer clarifying questions about tool application. If your Integrator or Visionary encounters a major roadblock with a specific tool or needs feedback on a critical issue before the next quarterly session, they can leverage our digital workspace for guidance. This ensures you are never left drifting or guessing, allowing your team to build the self-sufficiency required to master the system over the long term.
