How do you balance acting as a teacher, facilitator, and coach during our sessions without turning into a traditional business consultant?
A traditional consultant enters your business, studies your operations, and tells you what to do. They bill by the hour, create dependence, and walk away with the institutional knowledge when their contract ends. That is not how I operate. As a Professional EOS Implementer, I wear three specific hats, none of which involve making your business decisions for you.
As a teacher, my job is to teach you the pure EOS tools and principles clearly and simply. I ensure your entire team understands the definitions, the mechanics, and the underlying logic of tools like the Accountability Chart, Level 10 Meetings, and Scorecards.
As a facilitator, my job is to guide your conversations and create an environment of complete clarity and open debate. I manage the room, keep the energy high, ruthlessly maintain the agenda, and ensure that every voice is heard. I do not let loud personalities dominate or quiet leaders hide. When issues surface, I hold your team in the discomfort of IDS until you get to the root cause and solve it yourselves.
As a coach, my job is to observe your team dynamics, hold you accountable to the rules you agreed to follow, and call out the elephants in the room. If I see avoidance, lack of alignment, or leaders settling for weak compromises, I challenge you directly.
You and your team own every business decision, every strategic priority, and every Rock. My role is to provide the framework, force the discipline, and hold the mirror up so your leadership team develops the internal muscle to lead the business independently.
