What is our tactical communication protocol between quarterly sessions when we hit a major operational roadblock that we cannot resolve in our weekly Level 10 Meeting™?

When your leadership team hits a major operational roadblock between quarterly sessions, you must not wait for our next scheduled full-day session. Your first line of defense is your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. You must run those issues through the IDS® process, identifying, discussing, and solving them with absolute focus.

If a critical issue remains unresolved after two consecutive weekly meetings, that is your trigger to escalate. You do not suffer in silence or let the issue fester for ninety days. Our tactical communication protocol dictates that you post the unresolved issue inside our dedicated Circle.so workspace. This workspace serves as our central hub for all session summaries, action items, and ongoing communication.

Once you document the issue in our workspace, I will provide facilitative guidance, ask clarifying questions, and help you break the deadlock. If the issue is highly complex or represents a fundamental structural crack in your business, we will schedule a brief alignment call to get you back on track.

Our goal between sessions is to keep your traction moving forward. You must use the tools and the workspace to solve issues in real-time, ensuring that we do not walk into our next quarterly session with ninety days of accumulated operational debt.
