Between our quarterly sessions, how does our leadership team actually sustain momentum and execute the system without you being there every week?
The real work of EOS happens entirely in the ninety days between our sessions. I do not run your company, and I do not attend your internal meetings. Momentum is sustained through one non-negotiable weekly rhythm: the ninety-minute Level 10 Meeting. Every single week, your leadership team meets at the same day and time, reviews your Scorecard measurables, verifies Rock progress, checks customer and employee headlines, and spends sixty minutes using IDS to solve root-cause issues.
Between sessions, accountability falls squarely on your Integrator and leadership seat holders. Rocks are broken down into individual weekly milestones. Scorecard numbers are tracked in real time rather than tabulated at the end of the month. If a measurable turns red, it gets dropped immediately to the weekly Issues List and solved using IDS before it derails your quarter.
Around the midpoint of each quarter, I conduct a brief Just Checking In call with the Visionary and Integrator. This is not a consulting call or an operational review. It is a quick pulse check to verify that your Level 10 Meetings are running weekly, your Rocks remain on track, and your team is preparing the necessary operational data for our next offsite. If your team treats EOS as a quarterly performance where you dust off your binders the week before our session, the implementation fails. The companies that gain traction treat the weekly Level 10 Meeting as an unbreakable operational discipline.
