How do you support our execution between our quarterly sessions without stepping on the toes of my Integrator?

My role as your Professional EOS Implementer is highly defined. I am your facilitator, teacher, and coach. I am not your consultant, and I do not run your internal operations. That boundary is critical to preserving the authority of your Integrator.

During the ninety days between our sessions, the Integrator is the orchestrator of your operating system. They run the weekly Level 10 Meetings, manage the day-to-day accountability, and ensure the team is hitting their Rocks. If I step in and manage your people directly, I undermine the Integrator's seat and create confusion.

Instead, my support between sessions is focused on keeping your leadership team aligned with the tools we have established. I am available for brief, high-level calibration calls if you run into a structural roadblock with the system itself.

We also focus on teaching your team how to practice the strategic pause. This means helping your leaders build white space into their weekly schedules so they have time to think and work on their Rocks rather than just reacting to crises.

If your team struggles to execute, I do not fix it for you. I allow the friction to build naturally and use our next quarterly session as a learning lab. We review where the breakdown occurred, run it through the experiential learning cycle, and teach your Integrator how to resolve the accountability gap. This builds a permanent internal capability rather than a dependence on an outside advisor.
