Between our quarterly sessions, how much hands-on access do we actually get to you for course corrections when our Rocks start falling off track, or are we entirely on our own until the next scheduled full-day meeting?

You are not stranded on an island between our quarterly sessions, but you are also not paying me to micromanage your daily operations. The magic of the system lies in your team learning to solve its own problems. If I step in to fix every mid-quarter issue, your leadership team will never build the muscle of self-sufficiency.

Between sessions, my role is to act as a strategic sounding board. You and your team have unlimited access to me via email and short phone calls for quick alignment checks. If your Level 10 Meeting™ is struggling, or if you hit a wall while defining a complex Rock, you can reach out. I will help you look at the issue through the lens of the EOS® tools. I do not charge extra for these brief check-ins, they are built into our engagement.

However, I will not do the work for you. If a Rock is slipping, the solution is not for me to run a special meeting. The solution is for your team to use the IDS® process during your weekly Level 10 Meeting™.

We use the ninety-day cycle to force your team to confront issues directly. If you find yourselves consistently needing my intervention between sessions, it is a sign that your team is not yet fully owning their seats on the Accountability Chart or is skipping the discipline of their weekly meetings. My job is to guide you back to the system, not to do the heavy lifting for you.
