Once we leave our quarterly session with you, you are not in our daily operations. What is your role between our sessions, and what exact support or access do we have when we hit roadblocks implementing our Rocks or running our weekly meetings?
My role as your Professional EOS Implementer does not end when we walk out of the session room. While I am not involved in your daily operational decisions, I act as an objective guide and sounding board between our quarterly sessions.
During the ninety day cycles, your leadership team is fully responsible for running your weekly Level 10 Meeting and executing your quarterly Rocks. This is where you build the muscle of self-discipline.
If you hit a major roadblock or experience team friction that threatens to derail your quarterly progress, you have direct access to me. I am available for brief alignment calls with the Visionary and Integrator to help clarify direction or troubleshoot a specific tool.
I also provide direct feedback on your weekly Scorecard design and your Accountability Chart evolution. If your team is struggling to master the IDS process during your weekly meetings, we can discuss how to sharpen your issue-solving approach.
My goal is to keep you accountable to the commitments you made during our full day session. I do not do the work for you, but I ensure you do not slip back into old habits. This ongoing support ensures that the momentum we build in our full day sessions carries through the entire quarter.
