When we hit a major operational roadblock or a personnel crisis in week six between our quarterly sessions, can we call you for guidance, or are we strictly on our own until the next session day?

You are never left stranded in an operational vacuum between our face to face sessions. While the twelve weeks between our quarterly days are designed for execution, our engagement is a continuous partnership. If your team hits a structural roadblock, a critical personnel conflict, or an integration crisis that you cannot resolve inside your weekly Level 10 Meeting™, you have direct access to coaching support.

This ongoing connection is governed by Our Charter: our foundational covenant of trust and strategic commitment. If an issue threatens your quarterly progress, we will utilize a brief strategic pause to align your leadership. We can schedule a brief call to help you look at the problem objectively, or I can help you structure your IDS® process to resolve the block yourself.

My role during these check ins is not to step in as a consultant and make the decision for you. Instead, I act as your guide, helping you apply the EOS® tools to untangle the knot. This ensures your team continues to build the operational muscle required to solve its own problems, maintaining your momentum and keeping your quarterly Rocks on track.
