What kind of direct support, touchpoints, or feedback can our leadership team expect from you between quarterly session days, and where do your boundaries lie?
My objective is to guide your leadership team toward complete self-sufficiency, not to become an operational crutch or an outsourced executive.
Between session days, execution belongs entirely to your team. Your Integrator runs the weekly Level 10 Meeting™, your department heads hit their Scorecard measurables, and your teams complete their Rocks. I do not attend your weekly meetings, review routine company emails, or mediate internal day-to-day squabbles. If I step in to run your daily operations, I undermine your Integrator and delay your company's independence.
We maintain structured touchpoints between full sessions, specifically periodic Just Checking In calls scheduled around the mid-quarter mark. These thirty-minute calls evaluate overall traction, address procedural hurdles with the EOS® tools, and verify that your prep work for the upcoming quarterly offsite is on track.
Outside of scheduled touchpoints, both the Visionary and Integrator have direct phone and email access to me for brief, high-impact guidance. If you face a sudden vacancy on the Accountability Chart, an urgent question regarding tool implementation, or a significant strategic crossroads, we address it quickly. However, if an issue requires extensive team debate, we frame it cleanly and place it on your upcoming session Issues List rather than hashing it out over email.
