If our leadership team hits an operational roadblock or falls off track between quarterly sessions, what exact support do you provide?

My role between sessions is focused on coaching your self-sufficiency, not acting as an outsourced chief operating officer. If you become dependent on me to resolve internal friction every Tuesday, the implementation has failed.

When your team encounters a genuine impasse between scheduled sessions, your Integrator or Visionary has direct phone and email access to me. We use short, targeted laser coaching calls, typically fifteen to twenty minutes, to address the immediate obstacle. During these calls, I do not tell you which product to launch, which customer to fire, or how to resolve a vendor contract. Instead, I hold up the mirror of the EOS tools.

I will ask your Integrator whether the issue has been placed on the weekly Level 10 Meeting Issues List. I will ask if you have clarified the root cause using IDS or if you are simply arguing over symptoms. If the conflict involves team friction, I will guide you back to the Accountability Chart and the People Analyzer to see if the seat or the GWC expectations are clear.

If a critical issue threatens to derail your quarterly Rocks or leadership team health, I may recommend an emergency mini-session to reset the team. However, that is the exception. The ninety days between our offsites are designed for your leadership team to build the muscle of peer-to-peer accountability. My support ensures you follow the tools and run the discipline yourselves.
