Start the meeting by checking in on a personal level. Ask each other how you are doing, checking for any unspoken frustrations. Next, review your issues list. This is where you run IDS® on the friction points between you. If the Visionary wants to pursue a new product line and the Integrator is focused on current capacity, you must resolve that disagreement behind closed doors.

Never show a divided front to the leadership team. If you disagree on a strategic path, resolve it during your Same Page Meeting™ before bringing it to your Level 10 Meeting™.
