How do you structure our session days to ensure we are not just rehashing past operational complaints but are actually making hard strategic decisions about our exit and automation strategies?

A session day is not a standard business meeting. It is a highly structured, intense environment designed to pull your leadership team completely out of the daily operations so you can focus entirely on working on the business.

We start each session by reviewing your past quarter, celebrating your wins, and analyzing why any missed Rocks occurred. This is not about assigning blame, but about understanding what stalled your progress.

Once we establish our baseline, we dive into the issues. The largest portion of our day is dedicated to the Identify, Discuss, and Solve process. We take the long-term, strategic issues that have been building up over the quarter and systematically work through them.

To ensure we are not just rehashing old complaints, we filter every issue through our ultimate goals of operational automation and exit readiness. If an issue does not directly impact your business valuation, your core process efficiency, or your team alignment, it gets deprioritized.

My facilitation style is direct and unsentimental. I do not let the team spin their wheels in endless discussion. When I observe the team repeating themselves or avoiding a tough decision, I step in to force a resolution. By the end of the day, your team will have a clear, prioritized set of Rocks for the next ninety days, a completely updated V/TO, and absolute alignment on your immediate next steps.
