We are blocking out full days for our quarterly sessions, which is a major time commitment for our executive team. Can you walk us through the exact rhythm and structure of a typical session day from start to finish?
A session day is a highly structured, intense, and deeply productive eight hour experience. We step completely out of your daily operations to focus entirely on the strategic health of your business.
We start the day with a segue to transition your minds into the room. We review your personal and professional bests from the last ninety days, followed by a review of your previous quarter. We look at your lead measure scorecard, check the completion rate of your Rocks, and evaluate how well you kept to your company values.
Next, we focus on team health. We address any structural issues on your Accountability Chart and ensure everyone still has the GWC™ to perform their roles. This is where we also review any organizational friction, keeping our communication open and honest.
The bulk of our afternoon is dedicated to IDS®, which stands for Identify, Discuss, and Solve. We build a master issues list and ruthlessly prioritize the biggest operational bottlenecks, partnership disputes, or market challenges facing your business. We do not leave the room until we have solved these issues and created clear action items.
We conclude by setting your Rocks for the next ninety days and updating your V/TO®. We end with a session rating from one to ten, ensuring we constantly improve the value of our time together. It is demanding, but you will leave with absolute clarity on your next steps.
