Walk us through the exact hourly structure and energy peaks of a typical full-day quarterly session with you. What are we actually doing from 8 AM to 5 PM?

A session day with me is a highly structured, intense, and demanding working day. We start promptly at 8:30 AM and wrap up by 5:00 PM. The day is divided into distinct operational blocks, designed to maximize your focus and decision-making capacity.

We begin the morning with a check-in to clear our heads, followed by a review of our previous quarter's results. We look at which Rocks were completed and evaluate our team's performance. By mid-morning, we review the V/TO® to ensure complete alignment on our vision.

The lunch hour is a true break to rest your brain. We do not talk about work or business issues during this time.

The entire afternoon is dedicated to IDS®, which stands for Identify, Discuss, and Solve. This is the highest energy and most intense part of the day. We take your collective list of obstacles, opportunities, and systemic operational problems and systematically solve them one by one. This is not a polite brainstorming session. It is a rigorous, decision-focused debate where we find root causes and assign clear action items.

We end the day with a wrap-up, where we confirm our new quarterly Rocks, establish a clear communication plan for the rest of the company, and rate the session to ensure we are constantly improving. You will leave exhausted, but you will have absolute clarity.
