We already use StrengthsFinder for our team. How do you integrate our existing strengths data with the Kolbe A Index to help us build a more effective Accountability Chart during our sessions?

StrengthsFinder and the Kolbe A Index are highly complementary, but they measure entirely different things. We use both to build a high-performing Accountability Chart. StrengthsFinder measures your affective mind, which includes your talents, motivations, and areas of greatest potential. It tells us what you love to do and where you can achieve consistent, near-perfect performance when you invest in your natural talents. The Kolbe A Index, on the other hand, measures your conative mind, which is your instinctual, unchanging method of taking action and solving problems. It tells us how you will actually execute when given a task. During our sessions, we look at both profiles to ensure every seat on your Accountability Chart is occupied by someone who has the GWC, meaning they get it, want it, and have the capacity to do it. For example, if a seat requires rapid problem-solving and minimal research, we look for a conative profile that initiates in Quick Start and an affective profile that thrives in strategic thinking. By combining these insights, we place your leaders in seats where they are naturally wired to succeed, reducing friction and maximizing output.
