Every external document, scorecard source sheet, or project board must be hyperlinked directly within your primary EOS® software interface. If a number is red or a project is off track, the link to the supporting data must be accessible in a single click. If it takes more than three seconds to locate and display any operational metric, it is a process failure that must be put on the Issues List.
