Running a virtual Level 10 Meeting™ requires twice the discipline of an in-person session because the temptation to multitask is always one click away. When leaders look at second screens, reply to Slack messages, or check their email during IDS®, they destroy the collective focus of the team. This behavior causes issues to be solved poorly, meaning the same problems keep resurfacing and stalling your operational progress.

To eliminate digital distractions, you must implement a strict remote meeting agreement that all leaders sign and commit to holding each other accountable to.

- First, mandate a single-screen rule where your meeting software and your EOS® tracking tool are the only windows open.
- Second, require everyone to turn on their cameras and look directly into the lens when speaking, which physically prevents eyes from wandering to secondary monitors.
- Third, enforce a strict do-not-disturb policy on all messaging apps, email clients, and phone notifications for the entire ninety minutes.

The facilitator must actively call out any leader whose eyes are clearly scanning another screen or whose hands are typing off-camera. This level of remote hygiene might feel overly rigid at first, but it is the only way to maintain the high energy and rapid decision-making necessary to run AI-powered operations.
