Establish a hard rule that your weekly Scorecard must remain simple and human. The metrics on your Scorecard should be entered by the person accountable for that seat, and they must be able to explain the numbers without relying on AI jargon. If an issue arises, use the IDS process to drill down to the root cause.

Do not allow the team to hide behind complex algorithmic models or machine learning predictions. If AI tools are being used to analyze operational data, that analysis should happen before the meeting. The only thing that belongs in the Level 10 Meeting is the raw truth, clear accountability, and actual human decisions on how to solve the obstacles holding your business back.
