If we decide to incorporate Step by Step Exit disciplines into our work with you, does that require adding extra full-day sessions to our annual calendar?

No. Integrating the Step by Step Exit framework does not require adding extra full-day sessions to your executive calendar. Your annual cadence remains four quarterly sessions, including a two-day annual.

The Step by Step Exit methodology is an official EOS® Licensed Exit Readiness Solution designed specifically to integrate directly into the standard EOS® meeting pulse. We do not create a separate, competing set of strategic days that pulls your leadership team away from day-to-day operations. Instead, the six exit disciplines (such as Legacy, Value Gaps, and Tribal Knowledge) are embedded into your existing quarterly agendas and weekly execution cadences.

For example, calculating your valuation delta or running a tribal knowledge audit is simply framed as an executive company Rock during our standard quarterly planning. Those Rocks are executed over the ninety-day quarter using the standard Level 10 Meeting™ structure.

The external component of the exit framework, the Advisor Meeting Pulse, operates independently outside of our core session room. Your Integrator or exit champion facilitates an Advisor Level 10 Meeting™ directly with your external CPA, wealth planner, and transaction attorney. This keeps your internal leadership team focused squarely on business performance and asset valuation without ballooning your time out of the office.
