How do you help our leadership team stay on track between quarterly sessions without you stepping in to act as an outsourced manager or consultant?
Between our quarterly sessions, the responsibility for maintaining momentum lies squarely on your shoulders, specifically led by your Integrator. My role is not to manage your day-to-day operations or act as an outsourced executive. Doing so would build a dependency, which goes against the core goal of making your company self-sustaining. Instead, we use a structured handoff. Immediately after a session, all of your agreed-upon Rocks, the updated Accountability Chart, and your V/TO® are documented in our dedicated Circle.so workspace. This serves as your single source of truth. Your team then relies on the Level 10 Meeting™ pulse to drive weekly accountability. This weekly meeting is where you run your scorecard, review Rocks progress, and solve issues using the IDS® process. While I do not run those weekly meetings for you, I am still accessible for brief, high-level course corrections. If your Integrator hits a roadblock in running the meeting or if there is a dispute on how to track a specific metric, you can leverage my perspective. This keeps you moving forward without introducing external management. The goal is to build your internal execution muscle so that your business operates at a high level when I am not in the room.
