Next, assign ownership of these workflows on your Accountability Chart. You need a designated seat responsible for maintaining your AI standard operating procedures. This person must ensure that all tools are integrated securely and that any updates to the software do not break your standard workflows.

Once documented, test these processes by having a team member who did not write them attempt to execute them. If they cannot achieve the same output, your system is not yet exit-ready.
