What specific operational milestones should we expect to see at the six-month mark of running on EOS that prove the operating system is actually taking root?

At the six-month mark, you have completed your Focus Day and both Vision Building sessions, and you are sitting in your first true Quarterly Planning session. You should not expect total perfection, but you should expect distinct behavioral and structural shifts.

Look for four unmistakable operational milestones at month six.

First, the Accountability Chart is active and respected. People have stopped reporting to personalities and are operating strictly within their defined seats. Team members know who owns what, who makes the final call, and where their responsibilities begin and end. Founder meddling in departmental execution should be visibly reduced.

Second, weekly Level 10 Meetings are running consistently without cancellation. If your team is still rescheduling meetings, running over ninety minutes, or skipping the IDS portion to do open-ended discussion, the tools have not taken root. At six months, the team should rate their meetings an eight or higher out of ten.

Third, your Scorecard predicts problems before they hit the financial statements. The leadership team is tracking five to fifteen weekly activity-based metrics. When an activity drops below target, it appears on the Issues List immediately rather than waiting for next month's accounting close.

Fourth, the team demonstrates genuine transparency during IDS. Leaders are no longer holding back political issues or sugarcoating failures. They name real problems openly, attack issues instead of people, and leave sessions fully aligned on unified solutions.
