Can our leadership team hire you for a single offsite session or a ninety-day sprint to fix our operational bottlenecks without committing to a longer process?

No. You cannot hire me for a one-off planning workshop, a quick weekend retreat, or an isolated ninety-day sprint. An operating system is not a temporary motivational event. It is a comprehensive operational discipline that restructures how your leadership team executes, communicates, and leads.

The minimum practical timeline to embed EOS into a business is twelve to twenty-four months. In the first ninety days, we run Focus Day, Vision Building 1, and Vision Building 2 to introduce the foundational tools, clarify your Accountability Chart, define core values, and align on strategic goals. If you stop after that, your team will retain some terminology, but your underlying habits will snap back to old behaviors within six weeks.

It takes an entire business year to cycle through four quarterly planning sessions and an annual meeting. That full four-quarter cycle is what forces real behavioral change: setting Rocks, tracking Scorecard measurables, running weekly Level 10 Meetings, and mastering IDS under live pressure.

My contract is session-by-session. You can walk away at any time if you do not see value, and you never pay for a session that does not deliver. But if your leadership team enters the relationship intending to treat this as a quick-fix project, you are wasting your time and capital. True mastery requires running the system through real operational seasons until the disciplines become permanent habits.
