Your business is not ready if the owner is looking for a consultant to do the heavy lifting or if you are in an active cash flow crisis that threatens your weekly survival. If you cannot afford to take your leadership team away from daily operations for three separate full days over the first ninety days, you should wait. However, waiting for your internal chaos to clear before you start is a trap. Chaos is the exact reason you need to run on EOS®. You do not clean up your house before hiring a builder to fix the foundation. To be ready, the leadership team must acknowledge that your current way of operating has hit a ceiling. You must be willing to be open, honest, and vulnerable. If the owner is unwilling to accept that they might be the bottleneck, or if you have team members who refuse to be held accountable to metrics, do not start. We begin with a complimentary ninety minute meeting where we walk through the model and determine if the fit is right. If your leadership team is ready to stop firefighting and start building a self sustaining business, we can begin.
