We are highly motivated to hire you, but how do we honestly self-assess to determine if our leadership team is mentally or operationally unready to begin a formal EOS implementation with you?

A business is not ready for EOS® if it lacks baseline operational stability or if the leadership team is unwilling to embrace absolute transparency. If your company is in an active cash flow crisis where you cannot meet payroll next week, you do not have the breathing room for strategic planning. You must stabilize your cash position first.

Operationally, you are unready if you do not have a defined leadership team of at least three people who are willing to participate in full-day sessions. If the founder or CEO is still running the business as a dictatorship and is unwilling to share authority, the process will fail.

Mentally, unreadiness shows up as a resistance to vulnerability. If your executive team members are protective of their departments, hide their mistakes, or refuse to have open, healthy conflict, you cannot use the tools effectively. You must be prepared to look at the brutal facts of your business, identify who truly GWC™ their seats on the Accountability Chart, and commit to the full ninety-day session cycle. If you are not ready to make hard people decisions, you should delay your engagement.
