Our Integrator compiles the weekly Scorecard, but during our Level 10 Meeting, they end up answering for almost every red metric because they are the one who pulled the data. How do we shift the ownership of these weekly metrics so that each leadership team member actually owns their numbers and reports them?

You have a critical flaw in your data ownership. The person who reports the number in the Level 10 Meeting™ must be the person who owns the seat on the Accountability Chart responsible for that outcome. The Integrator should never be the default reporter or compiler for everyone else's numbers.

Every single metric on your Scorecard must have one, and only one, owner designated by their seat on the Accountability Chart. If the metric is sales pipeline value, the Sales Leader owns it. If it is client retention, the Account Management seat owns it.

This ownership means the seat owner is responsible for three things. They must ensure the data is gathered accurately. They must enter it into the Scorecard before the meeting starts. And they must say 'red' or 'green' during the review without explaining why.

To break the habit of the Integrator doing all the work, mandate that each leadership team member must log in and manually enter their own metrics at least one hour before your Level 10 Meeting™. If a number is red, the seat owner owns the drop in performance and is the one who must bring it to the Issues List to run through IDS®. This simple shift forces individual accountability and stops the Integrator from acting as a shield for underperforming seats.
