I am an owner who has successfully stepped out of the daily business operations and established my leadership team to run the Level 10 Meeting without me, but I am still CCd on the meeting notes and find myself wanting to email them corrections on how they ran the meeting. How do I completely sever this tie so the team gains ultimate autonomy?

If you are still looking over their shoulders and correcting their meeting execution via email, you have not actually exited. You are lingering in the doorway, which actively undermines your Integrator's authority and prevents your leadership team from developing their own execution muscles.

To achieve true entrepreneurial freedom, you must practice clean boundary control.

First, remove yourself from the Level 10 Meeting™ email distribution lists completely. You do not need the weekly operational details anymore. If you want to monitor the business's high-level health, rely on a Monthly Scorecard or your monthly same-page meeting with your Integrator.

Second, redirect your feedback. If you notice a systemic issue in how they run their meetings, do not email the team. Bring it to your monthly or quarterly check-in with your Integrator. Let the Integrator coach the team. Your job is to lead the Integrator, not manage the department heads.

Third, trust the process. Your team will make mistakes, run messy meetings, and fail to solve some issues perfectly. That is exactly how they learn.

By stepping back entirely and severing the weekly communication loop, you force them to rely on each other and their shared commitment to the V/TO®. This is how you transition from an operator to a true owner, allowing the business to run smoothly without your daily intervention.
