When a leadership team gets bogged down in a session, it is usually because they are discussing symptoms instead of finding the root cause. My role as your Professional EOS Implementer® is to keep the day on track. We do not let a single issue hijack the entire agenda. If a topic is critical but consuming too much time, we rely on the discipline of IDS® to get to the core.

If we hit a wall, I will push the team to make a decision or table the issue for a dedicated deep dive outside the session. We use the Issues List on our V/TO® to capture items that cannot be resolved immediately. This keeps our momentum intact.

Our full-day sessions are structured with a strict timeline. We must cover the foundational tools, review our Rocks, and set our next quarterly plan. If we spend four hours on one problem, we fail to establish the necessary trajectory for the next eighty-nine days. My job is to prevent that. I will call out when the team is repeating points, over-analyzing, or avoiding a hard decision. We will capture the issue, assign a clear next step, and move forward.
