Many consultants try to lock business owners into long-term retainer contracts. What is your policy on contracts, and what happens if we decide after our first session that your style is not a fit for our team?

I do not believe in locking clients into long-term contracts. If the system or my facilitation style is not delivering massive value to your business, you should not be paying for it.

We work on a simple, session-by-session basis. You pay for each session day after it is delivered. There are no annual retainers, no long-term agreements, and no cancellation penalties. If we complete our Focus Day and you feel that we are not a good fit, or that the system is not right for your team, we shake hands and part ways. You are never obligated to book the next session.

This approach keeps the pressure on both of us. It forces your leadership team to show up fully prepared and committed to execution, and it forces me to deliver maximum value during every single full-day session. We stay together because the system works and you see measurable progress, not because a legal contract forces you to write a check.
