Since your session fees are a significant financial commitment, what is your policy if we finish a full-day session and feel we did not get the value or alignment we expected?

My engagement with your leadership team is built entirely on mutual commitment and real-world value. I do not lock my clients into long-term, unbreakable consulting contracts. Every session day we schedule is an independent engagement.

If we finish an eight-hour quarterly or annual session, and your leadership team honestly feels that they did not receive value, you do not pay for that session. This is a simple, unsentimental value-in-use guarantee. If I do not deliver on my promise to facilitate breakthrough alignment and solve your issues, I do not deserve your money.

However, this guarantee requires a reciprocal commitment from your team. You must arrive fully prepared, participate honestly, and execute the Rocks we agree upon during the session.

- We will address any lack of value or alignment immediately in the room during the session wrap-up.
- If we need to pivot our focus to address an emergent crisis, we will make that decision together.
- If we find that the tools are not a fit for your culture, we can part ways with no hard feelings.

This policy keeps both of us fully accountable. It ensures that every session day we spend together is focused on driving tangible operational progress and preparing your business for a clean exit.
