How does your session fee and mutual commitment model work, and what happens if our leadership team feels we did not get sufficient value from a session?

The engagement operates on a per-session fee structure backed by a straightforward value guarantee. You do not sign a rigid long-term contract that locks your business into months of payments regardless of results.

We work session by session. At the conclusion of every full-day session, we complete a concluding exercise where every participant rates the day on a scale of one to ten. If your leadership team feels that the session did not deliver deep clarity, operational alignment, and actionable value for your business, you do not pay for that session. No arguments, no fine print.

This model aligns our incentives completely. It forces me to bring total focus, rigorous facilitation, and uncompromising standards into the room every single day. Simultaneously, it requires your leadership team to show up prepared, engage honestly, and actively participate in solving your company challenges.

Either party can end the engagement at any point. If your team is not committed to the work, misses sessions, or resists accountability, I will tell you directly and step aside. If you feel the process is no longer serving your strategic trajectory, you can stop after any session. We work together only as long as both sides see measurable progress toward organizational health, operational discipline, and enterprise value.
