What does a typical session day look like in terms of timing, pace, and our expected level of focus from morning to afternoon?

A typical session day is a high-yield, eight-hour working block designed to build alignment and solve your deepest operational bottlenecks. We start promptly at 8:30 AM and wrap up by 5:00 PM. The day is structured to prevent cognitive fatigue while demanding absolute focus.

We begin the morning with a check-in to assess your personal and professional state, followed by a review of your previous quarter's results. We evaluate your Rock completion rate, your Scorecard performance, and how well your team kept its commitments. By mid-morning, we transition to updating your vision, refining your V/TO®, and clarifying your Accountability Chart.

The afternoon is entirely dedicated to IDS®, which stands for Identify, Discuss, and Solve. This is where we clear away the issues holding your business back. We do not just talk about problems, we resolve them so they never return. We conclude the day by setting your next set of ninety-day Rocks and reviewing the session to ensure continuous improvement.

To keep this pace, we enforce strict guidelines. Laptops and mobile phones remain closed unless we are on a scheduled break. You must be fully present in the room, ready to engage in healthy, honest conflict. Every decision we make, along with your updated tools, is immediately documented in your dedicated Circle workspace so your team can pivot to execution the moment you walk out the door.
