What does the strict daily schedule and operating routine look like during an in-person session day from arrival to wrap-up?
A standard session day runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM sharp. We treat this as an intensive working day, not a lecture or a series of passive presentations.
We open at 8:00 AM with a Segue, where each leader shares personal and professional good news, clears any lingering distractions, and states their expectations for the day. By 8:30 AM, we move directly into the review phase. We review your previous quarter by evaluating Scorecard performance, grading quarterly Rocks, assessing your V/TO® alignment, and auditing to-do completion from prior weeks.
By mid-morning, we review the organizational tools relevant to that session, such as updating the Accountability Chart or refining core processes. We take lunch at noon, typically brought into the room or held nearby, keeping conversation light but maintaining the group dynamic.
The entire afternoon is dedicated to IDS® (Identify, Discuss, and Solve). We take the issues accumulated from the morning review and your ongoing Issues List, prioritize them ruthlessly, and work through them until they are solved at the root cause. We do not stop until issues are eliminated, not just discussed.
At 4:30 PM, we conclude. We confirm all newly assigned to-dos, establish cascading messages for the rest of the company, and have every attendee rate the session on a scale of 1 to 10. We finish at 5:00 PM with total clarity on what the next 90 days require.
