To get the best results from our session days, we must eliminate all daily distractions and internal Resistance. This requires a strict set of physical and logistical parameters that are non-negotiable.

First, sessions must be held offsite, completely away from your office. If you try to run these meetings in your own conference room, leaders will inevitably get pulled out to answer quick questions or handle minor customer emergencies.

Second, we enforce a strict technology ban. Laptops and mobile phones must remain closed and turned off unless we are specifically reviewing the digital V/TO® or Scorecard. This allows the team to maintain deep focus and engage in high-intensity strategic thinking.

Third, the room layout must feature a U-shape table configuration where everyone can see each other and the whiteboard clearly. Only the true leadership team, those who own the core seats on your Accountability Chart, may attend.
