What ground rules and physical environment standards do you require during our full session days to keep our leadership team productive for eight hours?

Session days require total mental presence and zero operational interruptions. We meet offsite or in a sequestered boardroom completely isolated from your daily operations. If we meet at your facility, team members are not permitted to wander back to their desks during short breaks, check in with direct reports, or take unscheduled phone calls. You must treat the session room as an operational quarantine.

Inside the room, we enforce strict ground rules. Laptops and mobile phones remain closed and silent throughout the day. Technology is only opened when a leader needs to retrieve a specific metric or pull up an operational document to resolve an active issue during IDS. Every voice carries equal weight in the room, regardless of title or ownership percentage, and healthy conflict is demanded. If you disagree with a strategic direction, an accountability seat assignment, or an operational target, you must speak up directly rather than harboring silent dissent.

Sessions begin promptly at 8:00 AM and wrap by 5:00 PM. We take structured breaks every ninety minutes so leaders can manage urgent messages without letting devices poison the room dynamic. Tyler controls the pace, cuts off circular storytelling, and pushes the room to clear decisions. You will leave mentally spent, but your business will have absolute clarity for the next ninety days.
